Online ordering and in-store pickup
Order from the live menu, get a text when it is bagged, and collect it inside. It is the fastest way through either cannabis dispensary, and a prepaid order has its own line at the counter.
The same account works on the website and in the app.
Placing the order
Open the menu, pick Hayward or Tracy, and sign in. The first time, you upload a photo of your government ID; the state requires it, and it is a one-time step. Then browse, add to the cart, and check out for pickup.
Each store has its own menu and its own stock, so pick the store first and what you see is what is on that shelf.
Paying online or in cash
Prepay by bank transfer at checkout, with the service fee shown before you confirm, or choose cash and pay at the counter when you collect. Prepaid orders go to a separate line; a cash order is packed while you wait.
Collecting it
Tell the front desk you have an online order and show the ID you uploaded. You can order right up to closing time, and after hours too: an order placed while the store is closed is handled the following day. A prepaid order holds for five days.
If anything is wrong with the order, the help desk helps by phone or text, and a defective product can go back within 30 days of purchase.

Questions
Do I need an account to order online?
Yes: you sign up once, with your valid photo ID. That account does not enroll you in Club Eden, which is a separate sign-up if you want points on your orders.
Can I pick up a Hayward order at Tracy?
No. Each store has its own menu and stock, so an order belongs to the store you placed it with; choose the store before you build the cart.
Is there a minimum for pickup orders?
No minimum for pickup at either store. The minimum only applies to delivery, and the weed delivery hub lists it by zone.
