Same-day delivery to the East Bay from the Hayward store and to the Tracy area from Tracy, driven by our own staff rather than a courier app. Order by the evening cutoff, prepay online, and show your ID at the door.

The delivery hub lists every city we cover, the fee, the minimum, and the address check that settles the edge cases. Delivery orders are not refunded; if anything arrives defective or broken, the help desk will do its best to put it right.

Order from either store's live menu, get a text when it is bagged, and collect it at the counter. Prepaid orders have their own line; a cash order is packed while you wait in the queue.

Orders can go in right up to closing, and the cart stays open after hours too, with those orders handled the following day. A prepaid order holds for five days, so tonight's order can be tomorrow's collection.

We arrange curbside on request rather than running it as a standing service. Order ahead, then call the help desk with your full name; when you arrive, tell security at the front door, and staff check your ID, check you in and bring the order out to your car.

Either store will do it until closing. Park directly in front of the store, within view of its security cameras.

Walk in with your ID, browse the jars, and ask. The budtenders know the house flower because we grow it, and they will tell you the difference between two strains rather than point you at the dearer one.
