Club Eden
Club Eden is the rewards programme. Members earn a point for every dollar spent, with extra points on promotions and around birthdays.
It is free, it works at both stores, and points follow the account rather than the location.
Joining
Club Eden is opt-in. Shopping with us does not make you a member, and neither does a phone number on your customer profile: you join separately, once.
To sign up online, use the Join Club Eden button: the form asks for your name, email, mobile number, birthday, zip code and favorite store. Or call the help desk and they will enroll you.
What points are worth
Points redeem products from the menu: redeem one and that product rings up at $0.01. Redeeming happens at the register. Tell the budtender you want to use points; they can see your balance and apply it there, so there is nothing to open on your phone and no coupon to show.
Points cannot be transferred to another member, and they expire after six months without a purchase. The full Club Eden terms are part of our terms of service.
