Questions
How do I shop here for the first time?
Walk in with a government photo ID showing you are 21 or over, and that is the whole process. If you would rather build the order first, set up an account on the menu, add what you want, and either prepay or pay at the counter.
Do I need a medical card?
No. Adult use covers the whole menu at 21 and over with a valid photo ID.
Does Garden of Eden deliver?
Yes, same day from both stores. The delivery hub lists every city we reach, with the cutoff, the fee and the minimum for each.
What forms of payment do you take in store?
Both stores take cash and debit, and there is an ATM at each store. Ask at the counter about card fees before you pay.
What can I pay with online?
Online prepayment goes through ACH bank transfer, with the service fee shown at checkout before you pay.
What is your return policy?
We take back defective products within 30 days of purchase. Call or text the help desk and they will walk you through the return. Delivery orders are not refunded, but if something arrives defective or broken, the help desk will do its best to put it right.
How does Club Eden work?
Members earn 1 point for every dollar spent before tax, and points redeem products from the menu, which then ring up at $0.01. Membership is its own sign-up: a phone number on your customer profile does not enroll you. To redeem, ask at the counter. The register shows your points and staff redeem them there, with no app or wallet needed.
Do Club Eden points expire or transfer?
Points do not transfer between members, and they expire after 6 months without a purchase.
Is there a new customer discount?
Yes: verified new customers take 40% off a first order, at either store. Verified means the profile is new, so we create it for you at the counter or online and you have no account with us already. One discount per order, so the new customer rate does not stack with the senior, veteran or SSI rates.
Do you offer senior, veteran or SSI discounts?
Yes, all three. Seniors need ID showing 65 or over, veterans need a DD-214, VA card or military ID, and SSI or disability needs a current election letter.
Where do I park?
At Hayward, street parking on Foothill Blvd is prohibited from 7am to 9am and 4pm to 6pm, so use Apple, Locust or Ash then. Tracy has a shared lot between Carl's Jr and National Petroleum on W Grant Line Rd.
Can I consume anything at the store?
No. Consumption in or around either dispensary is prohibited, and that includes the street, the parking areas and parked cars nearby.
How much can I buy in a day?
State law caps it, not us. The daily limits are listed further down this page.
