The desk is staffed during the day, seven days a week.
Outside those hours, text anyway. The queue gets worked from the top when the desk opens.
Which store to ask about
Tell us which store your question is about. The two stores buy separately, run their own inventory and keep different hours, so the answer to "do you have this in stock" depends on which counter you mean.
