We have been hiring in the East Bay since 2003, through every version of the rules this industry has had. People who start on the floor here tend to stay.
Roles run across the sales floor, the cultivation side, delivery and the back office. Both stores hire separately.
What we look for
Product knowledge can be taught. Turning up, reading a room and being straight with a customer cannot, so that is what gets weighted at interview.
Everyone on the floor holds the same line on ID checks and the code of conduct, whatever the queue looks like.
