Code of conduct
How our staff treat customers is one half of this. How customers treat our staff and each other is the other half, and this page is that half written down.
We can refuse service to anyone not following it. Depending on what happened, that can mean being asked to leave or being banned from both stores.
Identification
Nobody under 21 is admitted. Have your ID ready, and expect it to be checked more than once on the same visit.
The name on the ID has to match the name on an online order before we hand it over.
Consumption and security
No consuming cannabis in or around the dispensary. That covers the street outside, the parking areas and parked cars nearby.
Both premises are under continuous video and audio surveillance. No loitering or littering in or around either store.
Parking
At Hayward, street parking on Foothill Blvd is prohibited from 7am to 9am and again from 4pm to 6pm. Do not park in adjacent business lots. Apple, Locust and Ash are the streets to use.
Harassment
Zero tolerance. Sexual harassment, lewd behaviour, or inflammatory language aimed at staff or other customers means being asked to leave, and can mean a ban from both stores.
That applies to conduct directed at our team exactly as much as conduct directed at other customers.
Attire, bags and phones
No shirt or no shoes means no service, and hoods come down inside the dispensary.
Large bags and backpacks are left with security at the front desk and returned before you leave. Keep phone calls courteous to the people around you.
Proposition 65 notice
This facility contains one or more chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or reproductive harm.
