This product is recommended to be consumed orally. A starting dose should be about the size of a grain of rice or smaller. A grain of rice size is estimated to be about 12mg of cannabinoids.

RSO, short for Rick Simpson Oil, is a full spectrum cannabis oil. This means that the beneficial parts of the cannabis plant are carefully extracted and minimally processed to provide a profile similar to the original plant. This includes the plant’s cannabinoids (THC, CBD, CBG, etc.), terpenes (responsible for the flavor and smell of cannabis), as well as the flavonoids and other beneficial components of the plant. It can be consumed orally, topically or rectally.
