Delivery Info

Please make sure your city qualifies for delivery.

• Same day delivery will be available for all orders placed before 7pm.

• Delivery orders can be paid through online Prepay at checkout. No Cash.

• To begin your delivery order, click Lets Start a Delivery Order below and enter the desired delivery address.

• Delivery minimum is $100 total.

• Delivery Fee is $5, flat.

• We strive to deliver within 2 hours, but please allow additional time during busier hours/days.

How long will my delivery take?
We strive to deliver each order within 2 hours from the time it was placed, but please allow additional time during busier hours / days.

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using the online Prepay option, or you can pay with a Debit Card at time of delivery. We do not accept cash upon delivery.

What is the latest time I can submit an order for same day delivery?
All orders placed before 7pm will be delivered the same day. Delivery orders placed after 7pm will be delivered the following day.

How do I track my delivery order?
Once your delivery order is placed, our team will begin processing and packing your order. Once your order is on route with a driver, you will receive a text update that includes your ETA.

Do I have to be present for my delivery?
Yes, but you also have the ability to authorize another individual to collect your order by calling or texting the Eden Help Desk at 510-200-9555.

Can I show the driver a photo of my ID or an expired ID?
Unfortunately we are not allowed to accept photos of IDs or expired IDs. You must have a valid, government issued photo ID with you in order to receive your delivery.

Where do I meet my delivery driver?
Please meet the driver on your front porch, or the main entrance to the outside of your building.

What if I need to change my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order at any time, please call or text the Eden Help Desk and we will help facilitate any changes that need to be made.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We are unable to offer refunds for delivery orders at this time. If any of the products you purchased are defective or broken, please call or text the Eden Help Desk at 510-200-9555 and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

What products are available for delivery?
The entire menu is available for delivery orders.
